How Do I Invite Players to Join My Team?

There are multiple ways for you to invite players to join your team, whether you are a coach, captain or team manager. Below, we have outlined a few of the different options!



Option 1: Invite Them During Registration


If you know the players that you want to invite to your team roster, you can send out automated invitations during the team registration process. After inputting your personal information, waiver and team name, you will be asked for your role on the team (player/coach) and if you should be denoted as a captain.


On the bottom of that page, you will be able to invite new players to your team. By clicking the "Add Player," button you will be able to send out automated invites via email by inputting player name and email address. If you are planning to have players make individual payments towards the team invoice, you may also input a recommended payment amount, which the player will also receive via email and will prompted to pay during checkout.


They will not be required to pay this amount in order to sign up. It is simply what their payment amount will default to. If you tell them to pay for a different amount, they can customize how much they pay, or they can bypass payment all together, if they'd like to pay at a different time or with cash/check at the facility.




Option 2: Invite Them After Registration By Logging Into Your Account


Option #2 will work exactly the same as option #1, except you will be able to access this by going into your Player's Club Account after you have completed the registration process.

Once you have logged into your account and opened up the Player's Club screen, navigate to "Current Teams and Shortcuts," where you'll see any current teams that you are a part of. Click on the team you're looking for and you will see your team roster, with the "Add Player," button just underneath where you can choose to invite more players with name, email and recommended payment amount.



Option 3: Send Them Your Team Registration Link


This will probably be the easiest option for you. When you register a new team, your team will receive its own "Team Registration Link," that will allow players to register for your team quickly, rather than having to sort through the various available seasons and teams. If you do not have emails or would rather just send the link via text message, Facebook or some other form of social media, this will make registration incredibly easy.


So where do you get this link? There are 3 places you can get this team link:


  1. Your email. After registering your team, you will receive an email that includes the team registration link, which you can pass along to your teammates however you'd like.
  2. Your Player's Club account. Log into your account, and navigate to the Current Teams and Shortcuts page, where you can view your team roster, invite players individually or copy your team link to send around at your own leisure.
  3. Phone a Friend. Just give a call or shoot an email to the organization that you have signed up with. They have access to any team registration links and can send you over a copy if you're having trouble locating your link.
