Once you have enrolled in a payment plan, your credit card will be set to be charged on a specific set of dates, with reminders coming prior to each payment on the docket. So, what happens when your credit card expires, is no longer valid, or you simply would like to change the card that you are paying with?
There are two options for you to be able to accomplish this update.
1. Log Into Your Player's Club Account
If you are unsure of how to access your account, click here for more information. Once you have logged into your account, you will see a section titled, "Payment Plans."
Once you have navigated to the Payment Plans section, you will be able to view any past and current payment plans on your account. On the right-hand side of the row for the plan, just click the link that says, "Update Credit Card on File." When you click on the kink, a secure page will open for you to update your listed credit card by inputting Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and CVV/Security Code, along with your billing information.
At the top of the page, you will see the last 4 digits of your current card on file, along with the expiration date.
2. Contact the Front Desk
If you are having difficulty accessing your account, give a call into the office of the organization that you are signed up for or stop by on your next visit. They will have access to your billing plan and can update the card on file if you give them a call and provide them with your required information.
