How do I Access My Account or Pay Off Invoices?

The player's club gives you the ability to easily access all of your own information from your organization's account. It not only allows them to quickly glance at your schedules, stats, invoices, receipts and more, but it also provides a method for quick registration for any future programs.


In order to log in or create a new player's club account, you can do this directly through your organization's website (provided that the organization offers online registration or any other customer integrations through their site).


The available locations for customers to access a Player's Club Login is typically in the following areas on the organization website:

  • Login page (recommended)
  • Online Registration page
  • Current Seasons & Schedules page
  • Individual Season Registration link



If you're on a login page, you'll simply begin by entering your email and password. If you're on a registration or scheduling page, there may be a blue button at the top of the page that says "Login Players Club," which will then allow you to enter your email and password.




Once you have logged into your account, you'll see your existing user information, along with a handful of different pages that you can go to.


To see any outstanding and/or paid invoices, as well as any possible credits on your account, go to the Invoices section. If there are any that you need to make a payment on, just click "Add to Cart," and you'll be able to initiate a payment for however much you'd like to pay online.
