If a customer did not choose to create an account, cannot access their account or needs to update an email on file, you can handle all of these things from your admin account. We've outlined these options below!

Manually Creating a Player's Club Account for a Customer

If a customer never confirmed their account or simply registered as a guest, you can create or enable a Player's Club account for them. In order to do so:

1. Go to the "Customers," page from the Customer Relationship menu dropdown.

2. Search for the customer in question and click the "Options," button in their row, where you can click to edit their account.

3. On the left hand side of the customer editing module, you'll see "Social/Permissions," towards the bottom of the page. Click that, which will immediately show you their Player's club status, as well as permissions to receive marketing or reminder emails.

4. If they do not have an account, click the black button that says, "Create Player's Club Account."

5. Press "Save," to close out the customer editor.

6. From the Customer Relationship menu dropdown, choose "Player's Club," and then search for your customer on that page.

7. Click the Options tab and click to edit their account.

8. On that page, it will show you their account status for email login, whether the account is enabled or disabled, if email is verified and if they have a password. Make sure that their account is enabled and their email is verified. You can click the buttons to Enable or Verify.

9. They should receive an email to log in but if they cannot find it in their spam folder or if you wish to set them a temporary password, you can click to "Reset Password."
