The Player’s Club, What is it?

The player’s club gives your customers the ability to easily access all their own information from your system. It allows them to quickly glance their schedules, stats, invoice and receipts, planned attendance and much much more.  Customers are provided with two methods for an account, use an existing facebook login if you have enabled it, or provide a valid email address with a password. There are many reasons why you should enable this, including:

  1. The customer has the ability to keep all their pertinent information up to date, including email and address.  Important things to have for marketing purposes.
  2. The customer can link their children to their account to easily access all their important information in one spot.
  3. The customer has the ability to mark which games they plan to attend, helping captains make roster decisions.
  4. The customer has access to contact other player’s from their own teams.
  5. The customer has access to all their financial history at your business including alerts when they still own money on outstanding balances.
  6. Automatic game reminders are sent to all player’s club members with the ability to opt-out.
