Scheduling your playoff brackets

Once your playoff bracket is complete, you can schedule the games for each round.

Step 1

From the playoff screen, find your bracket in the list of playoff brackets shown and click on the “Options” button on the right side.  From here, click on “Schedule”

Step 2

You will be presented with the same playoff summary screen but now with the ability to schedule each playoff pairing.  As shown below, you can now choose how many games to be played for each series.  In addition you are given a link to edit the schedule for each series.  When you are ready, click on the “Edit Schedule” link.  A Orange Exclamation point states that not enough games have been scheduled for that round yet.

Step 3

You are presented with the scheduling screen.  Click on the “Add Game” button.  A row will be added to the table and you can change the Arena, Start Time, and End Time.  If you want a sneak peak at what your current schedule looks like, click on the “Scheduling Assistant” Button.

Step 4

Once you are done, Click on the “Save” button.  The system will search to make sure there are no time or holiday conflicts.  If there are none, the games will be saved.  If conflicts exist, you will be asked to correct them.
