Creating your schedule manually

If you like, you always have the option to add games in manually.

Step 1

Go to Schedules -> Season Schedules from the main menu.



Step 2

You will see all active seasons listed below. Just click "Options" next to the season that you'd like to create the schedule for, and click "Manual Scheduler" from the dropdown.



Step 3

You will be taken to the schedule overview, where you will see a listing of games/practices scheduled and other pertinent information. You can also view breakdowns of home/away, weekly games, and starting times by the tabs listed at the top.

In order to enter the manual scheduler, click "Schedule Preview," which will have a circle next to it with the number of scheduled games at that time. From there, you will have the ability to add in either games or practices, specifying game time, duration, field/court and teams. Just click the green "+" sign to add an event to the schedule. All event information will be retained in the game/practice settings, allowing you to quickly change teams or game time information and continue adding events to the schedule.

Just above the created schedule, you will see filters to search by week, division or team and work out any preferences or changes that you may have to adjust.



Step 4

Scroll to the bottom of the schedule and click "Save Completed Schedule," to save your changes. Any conflicts that may have been created while manually entering dates will appear in the "schedule preview section". You can then re-enter the manual scheduler at any time to update the schedule as you go!
