Sending the schedule out via email to all associated customers for a season

If your schedule is completed and you have updated contact information for your team’s email or have rosters entered in for your teams, you can use the system to automatically email out individualized schedules for each customer in the season.

Step 1

Go to Leagues and Seasons -> Schedules from the main menu.


Step 2

Next to the season of interest, click on the options menu.  Under that menu, click on the email schedule link.


Step 3

You will be presented with an option box where you can set the sender’s name and email addresss.  This is automatically defaulted to the employee logged into the system.  You also have an option to send a partial schedule if you do not want to release the entire schedule to the public just yet.  This is useful to announce the first games only.  Once you are ready, click “Email Schedules to players”.  Schedules will be sent to all players, captains, team management, team contacts, and player guardians.  Your emails will be queued up and start sending immediately.  If you would like to track its progress, simply go to Customer Relationship -> Mass mailer from the main menu
