Reset Your Password

There are three ways to reset a password:


1. If you are already logged into your account and would like to update your password, you can click on your name in the main menu bar, which will prompt you to either change your password or sign out. Simply type in your new password twice and click the blue button to confirm that you're changing your password.


2. If you cannot access your account, you can ask an account admin to update your password. Your account admin can do so by selecting the "Management," menu dropdown and going to the Employees page. From there, they can click the "Options," tab in your row, where one of the options will be to change the password by typing in the new password twice. If you'd like to then update your password manually once you have your temporary password, follow Option 1 above.


3. At the login page, there is a link to reset your password, directly underneath the login button. Just click the button, type in your email address and request a password reset. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. In the case that you are still seeing any delay on the email, please contact your account administrator and ask them to reset your password using Option 2 above!
