Product Types- Camp Registration

If you want to sell camp registrations, this is the product that should be created.  Most businesses will set up camp products containing either a daily or weekly price.  As the sale is rung up, the quantity for the product can be changed by the employee to coincide with the amount of days or weeks of the customers registration.  Before this product can be sold, you should have all your camps created first within the system.

Step 1

Create your product following the previous product guide.  Make sure you choose “Camp” as the product type.


Step 2

Associate any camp that will accept registrations using this product.   Once a camp is associated, customers will automatically be enrolled into the camp at the specified days upon a sale.  Click on the “Add camp for product” button below.


Step 3

You are presented a list of all active camps in your system.  Please set the date range you would like this product to be available for this camp and then click the add camp to product button.   These dates are only enforced when accepting online registrations.  This product will always be available for the camp associated on the POS system as long as the camp remains active.


Step 4

Like every new product remember to click on the "Valid Stores" tab on the left side and add your camps into the correct POS store. Save your product.  It will now show up under your POS system for all camps associated to it.
