How to Create a Camp or Clinic

You can quickly create a camp or clinic through the system, similar to how you'd be able to create a new season.


Step 1

Go to Facility Management -> Camps & Clinics from the main menu.



Step 2

Click the New Camp/Clinic button at the top left of the screen




Step 3

You will be taken to the camp creation page, where there will be an additional settings menu on the left-hand side of the page. On the first page, the only requirement will be to fill out the team name. You can additionally choose whether the camp is currently active (or archived) as well as the legend color for the calendar, sport association and a description of the camp.



Step 4

Once you enter in your general information, move onto the schedule page, where you'll choose the dates, times and locations available for the camp. This will work similar to the normal recurring scheduler, where you can either manually input dates and times one-at-a-time, or you can put in a start date and end date, as well as a daily start/end time and then choose how often you'd like the 




Step 5

From there, move onto the restrictions, where you can input the daily maximum number of registrants, as well as participant age requirements, if there are any.



Step 6

Now, from here, you'll move onto pricing, where you'll determine the various products associated with the camp, as whether the product is the cost for the full camp, for a full week or for a full day. You can choose your camp product from a dropdown of previously existing camp products or create a new one by clicking the blue "Add New Product," button. It will be added to the list of current associated products where you can determine the available date range, camp product type (full, weekly, daily) and whether or not it should be available online.




Step 7

Just as with a normal season registration, you can select your custom registration fields. The form will default to the fields that you've selected on the Customer Fields page from the Management dropdown. However, you can adjust which fields are shown and required and add new custom fields to the list.




Step 8

Double check your settings and selected dates/time. Click save. You are now ready to accept registrations.
