Product Types- Season Registration Product – Team Only

If you want team registrations for you seasons, this is the product that should be created.  You will want as few possible products in the system as possible.  If you charge $1400 for a team no matter what age group or season, you should only create one product.  In order to make this product eligible for all your seasons, you would simply associate the necessary seasons to the product.  During the sale process, you will be prompted for the season, then the product.  When this product is chosen, you will be required to provide the team name and the player that is on the team.  This is all explained below.


Step 1

Create your product following the previous product guide.  Make sure you choose “team and player registration required” as the product type.


Step 2

Associate any season that will accept team registrations using this product.   Once a season is associated, teams will automatically be registered and any players placed on the appropriate rosters upon a sale for the season selected during the sale process.  Click on the Add season for product button below.


Step 3

You are presented a list of all active seasons in your system.  Please set the date range you would like this product to be available for this season and then click the add season to product button.   These dates are only enforced when accepting online registrations.  This product will always be available for the season associated on the POS system as long as the season remains active.


Step 4

Save your product.  It will now show up under your POS system for all seasons associated to it.
