Creating Event-Specific Display Names for Rentals or Recurring Events

For many recurring events or rentals, you may need to update the display name for specific occurrences on your schedule. In the case that you may billing one customer for a variety of different facility rentals or in the case that you may have a tournament/league that is outsourced, this allows you to create one mass invoice or recurring event under a single title, while still customizing the names of your individual events.

You have the ability to customize the display name of any event or rental in the system. Just edit or create any new event and you'll see an empty "Display Title," box which can be customized to your liking. When you save an event with a display title, it will alter the name of the specific listing on your facility calendar, locker room assignments and invoice to properly detail your reports.

Just enter a display title and click save. In order to remove a display title, just delete all text and it will revert back to the original name.
