What are they? How do I set them up?

Electronic waivers are a paperless system to keep track of signed documents from your customers.  Electronic waivers must be signed through a customers player’s club account, which is verified by email address.  This makes those contracts legally binding in most states.  Please check with your attorney for your state’s applicable laws.  Mysportsort.com assumes no liability with your use of electronic waivers within our system.  Various uses are for liability/release waivers, code of conduct agreements.  You must subscribe to our facility management subscription and your account must have permissions set for electronic waivers.

Step 1

Goto Configuration -> Electronic waivers.

Step 2

Click on “Add new electronic waiver”

Step 3

Fill in all information.

1) Provide a unique name to identify this waiver.

2) Also, try and give it a unique color code.  This color is used on legends for quick identification of signatures from your customers as shown in figure 3b.

3) Set your waivers duration.  Once a customer signs a waiver, it will be valid for this duration.  Once expired, they will be notified and prompted again for their signature.

4)Last, add in the verbiage for your waiver.  We have provided an HTML editor so you may format it appropriately.

Note: You will also be shown any signed waivers under a customers information with the ability to print.
