Clocking In

Mysportsort can keep track of the hours your employees work through our time clock feature.  The time clock is available with our Facility Management Access package.  This requires you to authorize a computer as a time clock terminal.  For instructions on how to do this, please follow these instructions first: Setting up a Register

Step 1

If you haven’t done so, open up the time clock terminal using the following link: https://www.mysportsort.com/main/timeclock/

Step 2

At the open terminal, employees should press on the “Clock in” button on the right side of the screen

Step 3

Your employee should scan the barcode from their badge or enter in their employee code.  Employee barcodes can be printed from the Management -> Employees screen within the software.

Step 4

When a successful employee id is entered, they will be prompted for their pin number

Step 5A

If job codes are attached to a user, they will be presented with a choice of job code here.  They are required to select one.

Step 5B

The employee is clocked in for the day.  When clocking out, they simply need to click on their name below and provide their pin.
