Incident Reports & Suspensions

Modified on Tue, 26 Mar 2019 at 04:44 PM

If there is any type of altercation during a game, we can help you track it right from the scorebox.  Once an incident report is created, you will be notified that it needs to be reviewed on the main dashboard when you first log into the system.  These incident reports should be used to make decisions on suspensions.  Once the incident report is reviewed, it will disappear from the main dashboard.

Step 1

While you are entering a scoresheet, hit the Incident Reports button at the top of the screen

Step 2

You will be presented with a summary of incidents from this game.  If you need to edit an existing report from this game, you can do it here.  Otherwise, click on the Add New Incident Report button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3

Check off any players that are involved.  They will be listed under their respective team’s roster.  In addition make note of the time of the incident along with a descriptive write up of the incident.  All of this information will be immediately presented to the front office for their decision on suspensions.  When done, Click Save

When an incident report is created, there is usually information containing the players involved, what they did, and if a suspension is recommended.  You can use this information during the review of the incident to create the suspension on the spot.  NOTE: The user must have MANAGE INCIDENTS AND MANAGE SUSPENSIONS permissions for access.

Step 4

Click on any player from the rosters to hand out a suspension.  When a player is clicked, you will be presented with the suspension options.  Please fill out all information.

Step 5

Click “Save” at the bottom right of the screen.  Your suspensions are saved and are now active.  If the player has an email address associated to his name, you will also be given an option to automatically email the player with notice of his suspension.
