Scheduling Scorekeepers

This covers how to schedule your scorekeepers in advance through the software.  This will allow you to print and publish work schedules for your scorekeepers.

Step 1

Go to Schedules -> Scorekeeper Schedule from the main menu

Step 2

You will be presented with a list of all current games.  Please narrow down your list with the following options:

Scorekeeper:  Please select the scorekeeper you wish to schedule first.  This drop down selection is shown below.

Date Range: Select the date range of the games you would like to schedule

Arena: If you like, narrow down the schedule by selecting a particular arena.

Step 3

Next to each game you want to schedule for the particualr scorekeeper selected, click on the “Schedule” button at the right of the game

Step 4

You have successfully scheduled your scorekeepers.  If you would like to print out your scorekeeper schedule, please use the “Print Assignment Schedules” at the top left of the screen.
