Moving a team to another season

In times when a team registers for the wrong season or an employee accidentally places a team in the wrong season, you can use the move to season feature that will automatically carry over all of the teams information for you such ans invoices and balances, rosters, team management, etc.

Step 1

From the main menu, go to Leagues and Seasons -> Teams

Step 2

Click on the Teams by Season Link

Step 3

Select your season from the drop down list

Step 4

Click on the options menu next to the team you wish to move.  Under the options menu, click on “Move to another season”

Step 5

You are presented with a list of all available active seasons.  Choose the appropriate one.

Step 6

Upon selection, you will be presented with a confirmation prompt.  Please confirm.  Once confirmed, your team and all relevant information will be moved to the other season.  In case this team exists in both the source and destination season, all information will be merged into the destination season.  This includes attached invoices and payments.
