Customer Photos

Mysportsort gives you the ability to upload and crop customer photos and attach them to their information.  These photos are used throughout the system to help your employees identify your customers as well as being used on your public facing web site if allowed.  Permissions on photos can always be set to private which blocks access to the public.

Step 1

Go to Customer Relationship -> Customers from the main menu

Step 2

Next to the customer you wish to add/edit a photo, click on the options button.  Next, Click on the photo link shown below.

Step 3

You are presented with a window showing the current photo of the customer along with some options as shown below.  To hide this photo from public view, check the box that states “Place check here to hide photo from the public”.  To delete the current photo, Click on the red “X” directly above the photo.  To upload a new photo, follow the additional steps below.

Step 4

Click on the Browse button, choose the photo of your customer.  Your photos must be under 2MB.  Please adjust the settings of your camera to scale down the resolution of your photos to this size before proceeding.

Step 5

Select the file when prompted and click open.

Step 6

Click on the Upload Photo button

Step 7

You will be presented with a preview of your photo.  Choose the photo orientation you would like to have from the choices on the left side.  Then, please crop the photo by sizing and positioning the cropping box over the portion of the photo you wish to keep.

Step 8

When finished, click on “Save Image”
