Editing a customer’s information

Once a customer’s information is in the system, you may have to edit their personal information from time to time.  The directions below explain how to accomplish this.

Step 1

Go to Customer Relationship -> Customers from the main menu


Step 2

You can either search for your customer by entering in a search string or click on the letters in the filter bar to narrow down the list by that letter for the customers last name.

If you are just looking for quick information without any need to edit anything, simply click on the customers name.

If you would like to edit any information or update the photo of the customer, please use the options menu on the right and choose.


Step 4

When editing a customer, please provide any appropriate information.  You may also add in guardians under the guardians tab for minors (under 18 years of age).  These guardians will then be granted access to this customers information as well as receive any emails for this customer if selected. Any waiver needed for an activity will need to be filled out by the guardian of the minor.
